TarotCat service operator operates TarotCat. Privacy questions can be sent to support@tarotcat.xyz.

We may collect account information such as your email address and authentication identifiers; content you submit for readings; reading history and service usage; device, browser, IP, and diagnostic information; and billing or subscription status supplied by our payment provider.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. TarotCat does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

• Detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and service failures.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and user experience.

Information you submit for a reading may be sent to AI service providers to generate an interpretation. Do not submit information you are not comfortable having processed for this purpose.

We use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, security, and payment processing. They process information as needed to provide those services and under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Essential storage supports authentication, guest sessions, security, and consent choices. Optional analytics are enabled only according to the choices presented through our consent controls.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other controls over personal information. Contact support to make a request.

TarotCat and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
